[ADD] We use conventional patch-clamp technique to measure whole-cell currents. Site-directed mutagenesis is used to change the fixed charge at the selectivity filter in the NaChBac channel. We tend to connect these transformations with the Ionic Coulomb blockade (ICB) oscillations.
