Janez Jamšek is a lecturer at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. His main research interests involve the analysis of interactions between the cardiovascular oscillators and brain-waves during anæsthesia. Accordingly, he is developing an instantaneous wavelet bispectral method for the study of the coupling strength, its nature and direction, for interacting nonlinear oscillators whose basic frequencies are significantly time-variable.
