Metamaterials with pseudo gauge field - We show that by considering field transformation on two dimensional wave propagation, a real-space gauge field for photon can be identified as tilted anisotropy with realization using reciprocal and anisotropic metamaterials. It shifts the centers instead of changing sizes and shapes of the local dispersion surfaces to control light propagation. With a nontrivial gauge field and its associated pseudo-magnetic field, we show that optical spin-Hall effect and edge state for photon can be achieved with anisotropic metamaterials.
