With the long term goals of the up-scaling and integration of quantum phenomena into existing and future technology we utilise on-chip low temperature multiplexers. Use of the multiplexer allows us to fabricate and measure large numbers of nano-scale semiconductor quantum devices. I will discuss the device architectures we have devised and some of those used in other groups. Such schemes offer the potential to greatly increase device complexity and also measurement efficiency.
