Circuit quantum electrodynamics with nanowire-based qubits

The circuit quantum electrodynamics (cQED) architecture couples solid state qubits to superconducting microwave resonators for readout and multi-qubit entanglement. InAs nanowires are versatile materials that enable new means of qubit control using electric fields. I will present experiments in which we have developed nanowire-based qubits and integrated them into the cQED architecture.
