Exhibitors

There will be an exhibition at the conference.

To maximize the impact for exhibitors, exhibitor booths will be sited in the rooms to be used for poster presentations, and alongside the general meeting and circulation space.

For the exhibitor fee of £600, each exhibitor will receive a 6m² exhibition area furnished with a power outlet, a table and chairs. We assume that exhibitors will bring their own display boards.  Boards can be provided but at an extra cost. The conference complex is WiFi covered. The fee will include one full conference registration which gives admission to all the sessions, social events and the excursion.   The fee also gives you free listing on the conference website and in the QFS Conference Programme booklet.  Additional persons may register as normal conference participants.
