Procedure

All participants, without exception, must register with the conference.
BEFORE doing so by clicking the button below, please visit the Excursion, Fees and Accommodation pages to choose your excursion and decide what kinds of registration and accommodation to purchase.

Payment is effected via Lancaster University's Online Store, which provides for secure credit card transactions.
Please note: you will need first to register with the Online Store. After that you will be able to make your chosen purchases.

Sharing a twin-bedded room. Each person should register separately (either as a conference delegate and an accompanying person, or as two conference delegates, as appropriate) but only one of them should pay for the room. They should each indicate the name of the person with whom they will be sharing by answering the relevant question when they register.

VISA

If you are not a European Union citizen, you might need to apply for a VISA in order to visit the United Kingdom.
