 FEES 

The deadline for all registration and booking of accommodation is 12 February2016. Note that accommodation on campus cannot be guaranteed after this date.


The standard Registration Fee for participants covers sessions, printed materials, lunches and dinners, refreshment breaks in the morning and afternoon, the welcome party, the conference dinner, the excursion, and a concert.
The fees are:

Standard registration

Student registration
£ 250
with supervisor's supporting letter
Standard 1-day registration
£ 250



For Special Session Invited Speakers, the registration fees for the same facilities are:

Special Session Invited Speaker regular registration
£ 300
Special Session Invited Speaker one-day registration
£ 200


The registration fee for accompanying persons covers dinners, the welcome party, the conference dinner, the excursion, a concert and a name badge.
